Aaron M. McDonough, Esq. – Mr. McDonough joined Sebring & Associates in 2021 and focuses his practice on business formations, transactions, and disputes. In turn, this includes guiding for- and non-profit companies through their incorporation and governance; negotiating, drafting, and closing a wide range of purchase, lease, service, development, and financing agreements; and resolving disputes through litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
Prior to joining Sebring & Associates, Mr. McDonough developed his practice at a local real estate law firm. He earned his B.S. in Political Science in 2016 from Old Dominion University in Virginia, before returning home to Pittsburgh and earning his law degree in 2019 from Duquesne University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. McDonough wrote for the Business Law Journal and served as a board member for Appellate Moot Court Board. While competing for the latter in the American Bar Association’s Arbitration Competition, his team in 2018 finished as regional finalists and national semi-finalists, and in 2019 as regional champions and national finalists.
Mr. McDonough resides in the South Hills with his wife and daughter, and in his free time enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and rooting for the Penguins and Steelers.
