Pennsylvania law requires entities to provide a registered office address in any documentation filed with the Department of State are permitted to use a Commercial Registered Office Provider (CROP), to list the name of CROP in lieu or providing a registered office address. This option is available for any corporation or association that does not have a physical location or mailing address in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. However, Fictitious Name registrations may not use CROP.
